i Am My Sister Club
"It's more than a club, it's a sisterhood."
i Am My Sister Club is a bi-weekly youth-led group that prepares high school girls for a successful future through leadership development, peer support, and community service.
Each club meeting, the presenting club leader use interactive group activities, discussions, or special guest speakers to cover one of over 100 club topics addressing almost every life experience that teen girls go through: gossip, bullying, body image, teen pregnancy prevention, college planning, budgeting, community service, dating, friendship, and talking to your parents, etc., before ending the meeting with a journal question for reflection.
And no i Am My Sister Club would be complete without some bonding time! Spending time volunteering, seeing new places, and experiencing new things will never be the same.

BeautiFit Me
Redefining Beauty
BeautiFit Me! is a nine-month hybrid (virtual/in-person) initiative designed to promote health, fitness, self-confidence, and overall well-building among girls and young ladies. The initiative is broken into three components; “The Inner Me”, “Project Move”, and “Eat to Live”.
Through a blend of innovative events, interactive workshops, observational learning, knowledge-based activities, and coaching and mentoring relationships, BeautiFit Me empowers young women to build self-efficacy, embrace holistic health, and understand beauty in a broader, more inclusive sense. This initiative redefines beauty as not just physical appearance, but as a reflection of one’s health, confidence, & inner strength.
A Different World
High School Edition
“A Different World: High School Edition” is an innovative life readiness program designed to equip high school students with essential skills and knowledge for navigating the complexities of adulthood. This comprehensive program focuses on practical, real-world skills that go beyond the traditional academic curriculum, preparing students for a successful transition from high school to higher education or the workforce.
Mind Your Mental
Breaking the silence, Ending the stigma
Mind Your Mental is a groundbreaking mental health initiative under the “I Am My Sister” program, dedicated to providing girls and young ladies with a safe space to explore, understand, and nurture their mental well-being. In a world where mental health struggles are often stigmatized or overlooked, Mind Your Mental seeks to empower young women by offering a community that fosters open dialogue, mutual support, and access to essential resources.
The Media Empowerment Project
The Media Empowerment Project is a dynamic and comprehensive program designed to equip teens and young adults with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to critically engage with media in all its forms. In an age where digital content shapes perceptions and influences decisions, this program
empowers participants to navigate the media landscape with a discerning eye, create authentic and impactful content, and become advocates for positive change in their communities.
Through a combination of interactive workshops, hands-on media creation, and community engagement, participants will learn to decode media messages, recognize biases and misinformation, and understand the ethical responsibilities of media consumption and production. They’ll also explore how to use social media and other digital platforms as tools for advocacy,
personal expression, and community building.
The OG Project
Signature "I Am My Brother" Program
“The OG Project for Boys and Young Men” is a transformative program dedicated to empowering young males to become outstanding leaders, responsible citizens, and positive role models in their communities.
This program is designed to address the unique challenges faced by boys and young men, providing them with the tools, guidance, and support they need to navigate life’s complexities and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Seminars and Workshops
i Am My Sister is available to provide one-day and multi-day seminars and workshops on a variety of topics specific to the physical, educational, and emotional growth of today’s young ladies. Seminars and workshops can be hosted at churches, schools, housing communities, community centers, and organizations. Some topics include (Full list available upon request):
