Little Sisters Programs
Building confidence, curiosity, and sisterhood from the very beginning · Ages 10–14
Club Discover
"Discover who you are before the world tells you."
Club Discover is where her journey begins. In a safe, supportive sisterhood environment, girls ages 10–14 explore identity, self-worth, friendship, and what it means to grow up with confidence. Through interactive activities, journaling, group discussion, and guest speakers, every session is designed to meet her exactly where she is — and help her see further.

BeautiFit Me
"Strong body. Clear mind. Confident girl."
BeautiFit Me redefines what it means to be beautiful — from the inside out. This wellness program combines age-appropriate fitness, nutrition education, and mindful movement to help young girls build a healthy, positive relationship with their bodies. At BeautiFit Me, beauty is not a size or a shape. It is energy, strength, health, and joy.

Club Lead New

Club Lead is the advanced tier of the I Am My Sister Club experience, designed for young women who are ready to step into leadership roles. Participants develop the skills, confidence, and tools to become club facilitators, peer mentors, and community advocates. Club Lead turns participants into leaders — and leaders into changemakers.

Mind Your Mental
"Breaking the silence. Ending the stigma."
Mind Your Mental is a groundbreaking mental health initiative dedicated to giving girls and young women a safe space to explore, understand, and nurture their well-being. In a world where mental health is still stigmatized and overlooked, Mind Your Mental shows up with honesty, community, and real resources — because feeling it doesn't mean you have to face it alone.

SisterTech
"The future is built by girls who code."
SisterTech is I Am My Sister's technology and digital skills program, designed to close the gender gap in tech by opening doors for girls who may never have imagined themselves in a tech career. Through hands-on workshops, bootcamps, and mentorship from women in STEM, SisterTech teaches not just technical skills — but the confidence to use them.

My Defining Moments

My Defining Moments is a narrative and personal development program that invites young women to examine the pivotal experiences that have shaped them — and decide who they want to become. Through storytelling, journaling, facilitated workshops, and peer connection, participants learn to name their experiences, own their narratives, and move forward with intention and purpose.

The Studio at My Big Sister's Closet
"Fashion finds. Sisterhood vibes. Career ready."
The Studio at My Big Sister's Closet is more than a clothing space — it's a full sisterhood experience where style meets empowerment. From middle school through high school, girls access a curated selection of new and gently used clothing, develop professional dress sense, and participate in Style Works, our workforce readiness sub-program that connects fashion confidence to career preparation.

BeautiFit Me — Big Sisters
"Because wellness doesn't have an age limit."
BeautiFit Me expands to serve women 25 and older — because the need for a healthy, joyful relationship with your body doesn't stop when you graduate. This program provides adult women with community-centered fitness, evidence-based nutrition guidance, and body-positive wellness practices that fit real women's real lives.

From the Other Side
"You were once her. Now be the reason she makes it."
From the Other Side is a mentorship and community program for women 25 and older who want to pour back into the next generation. This program equips Big Sisters with mentorship skills, a peer community of like-minded women, and structured opportunities to show up for the girls still on their way. The sisterhood doesn't end at 24 — it evolves.

H.E.R. Box is a free monthly care package program delivering menstrual hygiene products, personal care essentials, a handwritten affirmation card, and a wellness resource directly to the doors of girls ages 10–18 in Nassau County and New York City. Every month. No cost to her or her family. Ever.

The Media Empowerment Project
"Know what you're watching. Own what you say."
The Media Empowerment Project equips teens and young adults with the critical thinking skills, media literacy tools, and creative confidence to navigate — and shape — the digital world. In an age where content influences everything, we help participants decode media messages, recognize bias and misinformation, and use their voices as tools for advocacy and authentic expression.
